The "A" Team, born in 1996

Takotna Extended Pedigree (hard to read -- 10 generations)

Pedigree for Am/Can Ch Chuchi of Anadyr (very hard to read -- but worth it!)

Some of the "A Team" grown up:

These pictures are showing my members of the "A" team at the dog lot.  Dog lots are common with mushing kennels.  Because we rented the property these photos were taken at, we didn't have the libertry to build Diamond and Eagle "proof" (they both can scale a fence at the blink of an eye) dog kenneling.  The entire team were kept in the dog lot and were quite happy.  More so than I think they'd be if they were in kennels.  For more on keeping a sled team, see the following link: Mush with PRIDE

Antares -- Is a giant, red start -- the brightest star in Scorpio (dog)

"Diamond" (named for a diamond-shaped white marking on his neck) LOVES to sit on his house and watch the world go by.  At this home the dogs were along the horse pasture.  There they could watch the horses, a medium-sized Elk herd, the deer, the cats, and an occasional Salmon fisherman.

Aquilla -- Means "Eagle" -- northern constellation in the Milky Way (dog)

Here is Eagle busy with his dog-lot excavations.  He is a spoiled dog, and whenever things don't go the way he thinks they should he'd burn up energy digging and removing black berries and rocks.  He's quite the character.
